KOBOR TESORO wood–burning stoves are classic Pompeian stoves with a static or rotating hearth made of refractory stone with a thickness of 30 mm. Inside the working chamber there is a firebox with a separate door for convenience, the temperature in the chamber is maintained within 300-450 °C.
First of all, pizza is baked in the Neapolitan (New York) in a wood-burning ovenstyle. Cooking takes place at a temperature of 400 ° C or more due to three components: infrared radiation in the spectrum up to 0.7 microns (fire), heated stone, convection heat (4-6 microns) and thermal conductivity of the stone hearth.
